Celebrate with the chefs, farmers and artisans featured in the cookbook!! After so much work, we'd love to have some fun! 

We're looking to organize a launch party to share stories, bring memories back to life and have a great time with like-minded individuals that want our local culinary scene to thrive!  Our book included 60 local chefs and cooks + 35 local farmers + 6 artisans and our hope if to have them all in one place to celebrate what we achieved by working together, in hopes to keep the conversation going for future projects to keep our culinary scene growing strong!  

Our celebration will be divided in two: 3 days for pick up, one day to party! 

1-Pick-up: 

Public event for all the supporters of the cookbook to pick-up their copies. The events will be hosted tentatively from August 9-11th (Thursday and Friday 4-6pm, Saturday 12-6pm) at the McKaskell Haindl Showroom, where it all started and where we all recipes in the book were prepared and photographed! We'll be offering $5 drinks and a few activities each day where chefs, farmers and artisans will share all about their passion. Expected attendance for the three days: 800+ people. Professionals and supporters of our local culinary industry. Everyone who pre-ordered a hardcover copy of the book. Line-up will be announced closer to the date. 

2-Launch Party:

Private event for featured chefs, farmers, artisans, media, partners, professionals of the culinary industry and everyone who made this project possible. The party will be hosted tentatively on August 26th. First drinks on the house, tapas, live music and great company. A casual celebration among friends of the culinary industry! Expected attendance for launch party: 300+ people. We have plenty of wonderful ideas on how to make this party great, but ultimately it will depend on the number of sponsors who join us.

The heart of all good preparations is in the herbs and spices used to prepare them, as well as the heart of a good event is in the people who make it possible!

- 8 limited edition hardcover copies of the cookbook and the possibility to get the copies signed by chefs and farmers on the launch party.

-Optional: Include postcards, brochures or marketing material inside the books for pick-up. The postcards must be approved by the cookbook author to fit the cookbook's guidelines and they will be provided by your company.  (Approximately 500)

-Address attendees at the pick-up events and launch party. Activity each day of pick-up organized by your company to connect with supporters of the culinary industry. 

-Company banner at the pick up events + table to showcase what you do and connect with supporters of the culinary industry.(Provided by your company)

-Network with professionals of the culinary industry and passionate individuals that support our local culinary scene.
